I joined Clement in February 2007. I have spent the past 30 years working in Employee Benefits, 20 years with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, 2 years with Jefferson Pilot Financial, and the last 6 ½ years with Willis of North Carolina (formerly Willis Corroon) before relocating to Greenville and employment with The Clement Companies. My background had been spent working with large employer groups (50+), both fully insured and self-funded. My self-funded experience has allowed me to provide consulting services regarding insured carriers as well as Third Party Administrators (TPA) and outside Reinsurance protection.

Personal Information

I am married, husband Joe. Our children include: Adam, a senior at UNC-Asheville; Geoff, a sophomore at ECU; Step-son Sterling and his wife Joanna of Greenville; and Step daughter Misty and husband Pete, who is a Captain in the Air Force, along with daughter Waverly in Aviano, Italy. We have a Maltese named Princess Gabriella (Gabby). I enjoy running half-marathons (5k), golf, and antiquing.
