I have been in the insurance industry for 25 years. I got my start in Kinston working for Neuse Insurance Agency for 2 years where I worked in Personal Lines and Life and Health. I moved to Morehead City in 1984 where I worked for Beam, Cooper, Gainey Insurance Agency for 5 years in Personal Lines. I moved back to Kinston in 1989 and have worked for the Clement Companies for the past 18 years. I have worked in Commercial Lines for the past 8 years where I specialize in Large Accounts. I have received the following designations over the years: CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor); CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative); CWCS (Certified WorkComp Specialist); CPIW (Certified Professional Insurance Women).
Personal Information
My husband, Ernie and I have been married for 23 years. We have 2 daughters, Katie who is 20 and Melissa who is 14. Our girls have always been active in sports, specifically, volleyball and softball. We enjoy going to their games and supporting their teams. My husband and I also enjoy going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. We also enjoy riding his Harley motorcycle when we have the time.
